How to Use This Site

The following descriptions provide information about how to use the features of this website.

Search for Services

From the home page, click on the service icon of the category of long-term care supports that you need. You will be directed to a brief overview page for that category from which you can enter your location and specific service category that you seek. Search results will display in two modes – the default is a "list view" which lists all matched providers, and the other is the "map view" which, in addition to the list will display a map of provider locations. In the search results page, you can also see more service options by changing the service category filters on the left pane of the page.


Click on “Resources” to connect to links to other websites and other information regarding long-term services and supports.

Mobile Site

You can use this site via an Internet-accessible smart phone or mobile phone at the same site address The site presentation will automatically adjust to fit your mobile phone screen. Note: Category search features are not available in the mobile site due to screen size constraints.

Language Selection

Click on preferred language from the language selection at the top left corner of your screen. The screen will automatically refresh to display information in your selected language.
